Reinstalling the sims 4

Hi, i did some extra cleaning on my laptop and my ts4 game got messed up, cuz some files were recognised as viruses, some files are missing and various glitches appear during game, i want to reinstall the whole game. I just want to know if games4theworld has a single torrent that includes all of the ts4 sp, gp and ep? Or i have to download all the individuals updates? Thanks

No there are no torrents via G4TW for the "complete collection".
You'll have to install them one by one or use ZLOrigin to repair and update your old installations

I just googles about ZLorigin, cuz i have never heard about it. Just wondering it is completly safe and it is better to install game that way or there is no much difference?

No, for the gallery you still need a genuine Origin registration.
