Anyone has MC Command Version 3.5.0

Currently, I updated my TS4 to the Parenthood patch and found out my very old MC Command Center doesn't work anymore. So I tried to use the version 3.5.3 instead and found out that it doesn't work. I looked at some past forum post and found out that 3.5.0 works with my current version of the game.

So does anyone here can send me a link of the download of MC Command Version 3.5.0? I can't get from the official site anymore since the developers removes old links.
