Sims 4 update with dine out

Hello
This time i tried sims 4 update with dine out expansion pack and it didn't worked again. By deleting Bin folder and then copying update files my game does get updated but i cldnt see dine out expansion with it and if I don't delete it gets stuck while loading after CAS. I downloaded update files from

What should I do?

Dine Out is incl. in The City Living download.
Where did you find instructions to delete the Bin folder ? You shouldn't delete it at all.

Also when you want to play expansions NEVER EVER use the ultimate fix.

So download/install Get To Work, Get Together and City Living again.
