freezed at loading page

the game starts right, but when i'm about to create a sim the mouse freezes but the sim keep moving, then when i can create my sim and when i'm about to buy a house for it, the screen freezes at the loading page ((the one with the sims logo and advices below when you're going to another world)) but it doesn't charge to the game, i've been waiting hours to play but it is still on the loading page, help me please im new at this

Which DLC's have you installed ?
For some of them you'll have to delete the folder Game and replace by another Game-download.
