Festival Stalls Doesn't Despawn (City Living) Empty Festival Stalls Doesn't Despawn (City Living)

Hello, 
I just recently installed city living. I played and had fun with it till I noticed that the romance festival didn't despawn. When I tried to attend geekcon the BGM mixed up and the items overlaps each other. Any recommendations?

I haven't downloaded the succeeding expansions. Thanks everyone!

Hi there,


If you have any mods, I'd suggest taking them out and run the game again. Else, try to re-install City Living again to see if the festivals spawns correctly.
