Missing Items in building mode

Previously, I stuck on loading to household after installed The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020 and I fixed by this way https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t29990-fix-for-endless-household-loading-screen-version-1-33-38-1020
Everything is fine except my items in building mode, like the pic below

Is your game up to date up till Tot's stuff? The 1.29 is the Vampire update, so make sure that you've installed Parenthood -> Fitness -> Toddler's Stuff. If you have updated up till Tot's stuff, try installing Tot's stuff again and see if the items are back in.
If you have any mods/CCs however, do take out the mods folder and then test the game. If the items are there, it might be caused by a conflicting mod.

Hello
After I had seen your post, I just installed Parenthood, Fitness, Toddler's Stuff. But when I start the game, it shows "unable to start" so I tried to uninstall (Control Panel and Uninstaller Program) but I can't see the sims4's name on the list. Then I stupidly deleted the The Sims4's folder in Program file and move the sims4's folder in drive D which I have copied for a long time to Program file. I started the game and it shows Black screen loading..
I don't know what to do right now I just want to uninstall/reinstall

Hi there,
Your 'backup' Sims 4 folder, is it up to date? If not, I'd suggest either updating it, or if you prefer, re-installing the entire game altogether. You can use Your Uninstaller Pro found at our download site here to uninstall your Sims 4 completely, and then re-install the game again step by step using the guide here.
