just logo screen is loading! [SOLVED]

Hello
Recently I have installed these pack: vampire then parenthood then fitness
according to games4world installation setup.
(Also there was not any "Game_" folder in order to rename or delete!!!)
The game was load successfully but when I choose any household, the logo "plumb" is loading correctly with sound and any crash.
It is taking a long time, 10 minutes, but the gameplay was not loaded, just logo screen with any message or crash!
Also, I have to delete C:\Users\my\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, I do not have any mode, but the result was same!

Hi @techna,
Perhaps the instructions was confusing. You should rename your current Game to Game_ BEFORE installing Parenthood. Since now you have install till Fitness, I'd suggest updating your game to Toddler's Stuff.

- Rename your Game to Game_ OR delete your current Game folder.

You can also delete the folder Game from your folder Program Files\The Sims 4\
Then recopy the folder Game from the Fitness download to the above location.
