Loading freeze / Unable to go to work

Hello! I have two issues going on.

1st: My sim is unable to go to work. I've restarted my game multiple times, and every time it's time to work the sims character freezes. It won't walk, eat, etc. I can't click in-game too. To solve this issue, I reinstalled the game. However, I've encountered this second issue.

2nd: I've install up to Get To Work with no problem at all, but when it comes to anything after City Living the loading freezes at various points such as in the logo and before the play button of the game. 

I'm pretty sure I've done every installment correctly and I could even play the game before I installed the packs after Vampire/Toddler. I have no custom content either

I did that fix before I even got the issue of the Sims not going to work.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. 

It never got in the game. I'm still freezing upon loading. The initial freeze usually starts at the end of the introduction of the newly installed packs.

Oh wait. I'm trying to reinstall it again.

I just stopped at installing Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff pack since every pack after that just freezes my loading screen. As for the freeze when going to work, I'll test it out now.

Well, first of all: Do you have any CC in your Sims 4.
If yes, try a new The Sims 4 folder by renaming your existing The Sims 4 in Documents\Electronic Arts to The Sims 4_old.
Then start your game again.

@Ageha, The Vampires didn't do me so well, I was at an endless loading when moving in the house, so I backtracked and just stopped at City Living. So far still good. 

@Polarbear, I tried that earlier, didn't work for me.

Yup, it freezes on the loading screen. I might just play until City Living.
