Freezed Neighbourhood Loading Screen [SOLVED]

First I want to say that I’ve been playing TS4 all downloaded thanks to this site with no problem at all. But now I have an issue with loading screen. I’ve searched every topic on the site but found no solution. 
So, I tried running the game from both Game and Game_ folders. While running it from Game folder it works - no freezed screen but at the same time none on mu DLC appears. From Game_ I cannot play any families on any save not even a new one. Loading screen freezes, but I can hear it’s „working” when I f.x. press a key to pause the game or speed up, I can hear the sound then. 
I reinstalled the game, it didn’t help. There’s no way I messed up instalation order cause like I said before I played the game for months with no problems, it just happened over night. 
I tried running the game with no Mod folder, but it also didnt help. 
I changed the location of my The Sims 4, no effect.

My latest is Toddlers Stuff.
The thing is when I run the sims via Game_ DLCs do show up, but then I get a freeze screen.
DLCs don't show up via Game folder.
I didn't apply any Fix

I found the solution! For some reason I was missing one of the Toddlers Stuff folders, which is weird, don't know how it got deleted. But I reinstalled the game again and everything is back to normal.
