Endless loading screen [SOLVED]

So today I downloaded the sims with all updates and installed them but I get an endless loading screen when I try to play with my household. What could be the problem?

Delete the folder Game from your The Sims 4 install folder.
Replace with folder Game from Parenthood or Fitness (if you have installed that)

Just copying over won't help as the old Game folder from Vampires contains items that must be deleted.
