Can't go online [CLOSED]

When i open my TS4 game, a message pops up saying that i'm offline. When i click on "go online" its just endless loading. This means i cant play online and thus cant connect to the gallery. If someone knows what to do, please help.

With the cracked version of sims 4 you are not supposed to go online. You cannot access the gallery.

As far as I know, you can't access the gallery when using the cracked version of the game, which includes the ZLOrigin as well.
