Problem with Cats & Dogs update! Help... [SOLVED]

Hello! I just installed the new update (followed all the steps listed, also removed all the cc just in case they were at fault for this problem.)
But...
When I launch Sims, there seems to be no Cats& Dogs pack listed, I cannot create them, furthermore, when I try go to create-a-sim I get this! I can't see the sim at all, just their legs! Zooming out doesnt work, only sooming in even more :'(
If anyone knows what should i do to fix this, please help!

I also have the same problem with the game pack not showing, as well as my game showing up in spanish.

Got the same problem. 

I had this EXACT same issue yesterday. Now it may not work but i fixed mine by just transfering the Cats and dogs files again!
I always create a back up file and what i did was i copied the cats and dogs files rather than actually moving them into the sims 4 folder. Once i moved them there it worked perfectly!

Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder Program Files\The Sims 4.
Then copy/paste the folder Game from the Cats & Dogs download back to your install folder.

It would seem that re-adding fitness stuff, toddlers stuff and cats&dogs stuff fixed the problem for me hopefully everyone else will find solutions to it as well!

If all else fails and you guys have tons of CCs/mods, do take them out and test the game again.
