Hi I read somewhere that I can play sims4 online (gallery access) through the zlorigin/client but I've already downloaded all the g4tw cracked version. Is there a way to add the gt4w version to the zlorigin so I can access the gallery?

No, you can't access the gallery from Zlorigin.
