TS4 Video Card error on startup (32 & 64 bit)

Last time playing TS4 was after the Toddler update. Just came back today to pick up Fitness Stuff, Toddler Stuff, and Cats&Dogs. I installed them as normal, but got this Video card error when trying to run the exe's. (32 or 64 bit. no difference)



So I just tried a clean install since I still had all the files. I followed the updated guide page on all steps, including moving the install directory to another drive, and editing my registry keys. Even after a full clean install, I get this video card error.

I'm using 2 GTX 970's in SLI so I know they're supported. I also just updated the nVidia driver when WWII came out a few days ago.
Any ideas?

Can you test whether renaming the folder under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, does anything for you?

I think it may have been a conflicting mod or my settings being messed up with the new version. After renaming my "The Sims 4" folder to "The Sims 4.OLD" I was able to start. Further inspection I couldn't start it unless my settings.ini and Mods folder was renamed.
