HUGE create a sim

I've been trying to play cats and dogs, but every time I go to CAS, my sims are HUGE. all I can see is from their knees down. zooming doesnt do anything. I've removed all mods and CC and it still happens. I've reinstalled as well. I also have a llama icon for the new world, and when I click it, I get a white screen. does anyone have a suggestion on what to do?

First of all, look and see if you have any camera mods or CAS mods that may need updating. If the answer is no. You may want to back-up your files and re-install the game. So far, reinstalling has solved many of the issues I had, although my pets look like Klingons in game. Another tip for you, if you have any CC: CAS, Objects and Beds use the Sims 4 Studio, which has a tool to fix all your CC and it also worked for me. You will have to register, but is free and the tool does work and very user friendly.

as I said, I had NO CC or mods installed. I had removed everything and it was still happening. an update did fix it, so it was probably a game file going screwy.

Are you referring to the 1-38-49-1020 update? Because I downloaded it and I still have that problem. I tried everyting and I still have that zoomed in CAS.

I'm not even sure what update it was. I never pay attention to the number  it happened when I first got cats and dogs. I had to fix something and reinstall, so it did fix it. maybe that will help you too dzeljana

i guess i'll try reinstalling then, i tried all the updates from games4theworld. Thanks tho
