Game crashes in Create a Sim/Create a Household

Game crashes in Create a Sim/Create a Household

Every time I enter Create a Sim or Create a Household, the game crashes as soon as I go to customize the Sim's outfit. I'm at the latest patch and have all expansions including Movie Stuff. What could be causing this? I don't think it's bad CC, but of course it's always possible. Help!

Hello,
Please rename the folder C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. It could be your CC/Mods that cause this problem.
