Cant Access Phone Empty Cant Access Phone

Im having a problem, everything has been downloaded correctly as far as im aware i did follow all instructions but for some reason i cant access my phone e.g. hire a service, travel. it seems that none of itt is working, it goes to que and then dissapers.
can anyone help? Very Happy
