Sims 3 Ultimate Fix Problem..?

Hello,

Sorry to put this in a new item, but I can't find anyone with the same problem so I just thought I'd post it here. Please redirect me if there is already an answer!

This is the problem: I start the Sims 3 (I have all the expansions, except High End Loft Stuff) and everything works fine untill I've created a family and put them into a house. Then the game just goes black and it says that an error has come up and the game had to be exited (my english computer terms aren't that awesome by the way). I have downloaded every game from Games4theworld torrents, and did exactly as every installation guide told me to do except for the patches in Late Night and World Adventures; they didn't work. I did everything right with changing HKU files registry things and I applied the fix correctly, what went wrong and how do I fix it?

I didn't spend my day on downloading and installing to not being able to play this game.
