Game Options Gone

It's my first time posting here in the forum. So i'm just ask about my game options missing. After installing the latest update, I changed my graphics setting, then i restarted it. Then when I tried viewing my game options again, this happened. I tried searching for similar problems in the forum and I cant seem to find one. I tried playing for a few minutes and I think it works. I haven't viewed the new items yet because i'm really bothered with my game options. Can someone help me please?

Have you got mods in your game? I had the same problem and the UI cheats extension version 1.36.102 was the culprit. There is a new version out. I removed the old version and game options work perfectly now.
Play a vanilla game and see if problems persist.
