This is a residential lot I made that was inspired by one of the low density homes in Cities Skylines. It has one master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an empty basement. This house costs about 220k simoleons so it's suitable for up-class Sims. It requires only The Sims 4 base game patched to the latest. I hope you'll like it.

It's been awhile since I posted to this site. I'd been redesigning all the worlds last year so that I could put any DLC features to every world the Sims 4 has.

Here's the link to my save file. It requires all DLCs and make sure your game is patched to the latest one that G4TW provides. Also since it has many screenshots, I've put them as one inside the zip folder.
