Some questions regarding my Sims 4

Hi, I just downloaded and installed all packs of sims 4 then after starting the game, I got a pop up saying the sims is for 32bit and I'm using 64bit. I'm not really sure what it means but can someone explain? Can I still play the game smoothly? Also, I'm using Ryzen 2400g as my processor so I also got a pop up saying my video card isnt recognized but I can still use high settings?

Yes you can play the game.
The shortcut on your desktop probably still leads to the 32-bits startfile.
Make a new shortcut from your install folder such as Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin and then TS4_x64.exe

OR

To locate your install folder:
Rightclick on the existing shortcut
Click on Open file location
That leads you to TS4.exe.
Make new shortcut from TS4_x64.exe

I downloaded and installed all the packs but when I start the game, I see that Vintage Glamour Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff and Movie Hangout Stuff are all "Download to Use". I don't know what to do?

Again @Tarac, I tried playing sims 4 but when I created a Sim I cant seem to place them anywhere. And I tried to move a sim already from the game, the sims stopped working. Help please?

It looks like you either did not install these packs or you used an old Game-folder
Apparently you missed out:

4. CITY LIVING

includes: Dine Out (GP03), Movie Hangout Stuff (SP05), Romantic Garden Stuff (SP06), Kids Room Stuff (SP07), Backyard Stuff (SP08), Vintage Glamour Stuff (SP09), City Living (EP03).

Just like above, apparently you use an old Game folder and also you did not remove or renamed the existing Game folder after the installation of Vampires/Toddlers.

Solution:
1. Download the latest Game folder for My First Pet - see HERE
2. Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder The Sims 4 in Program Files and replace with the downloaded fGame folder from #1 above.

However, when you really missed out City Living, you'll have to install that pack and also re-install all packs thereafter

Update 1.41.42.1020

You might as well download the all-in version as mentioned HERE
It contains everything from base game upto and incl. Update 1.41.42.1020 and no installation required.
Download, mount in Poweriso or Daemon and copy all folders to your install folder.
