Sims 4 Unable to start: initialization error at startup". [135dec40:984c6a38:000000077:00000000]

I downloaded the base game and all the DLC's, EP's and SP's from G4TW (up to My First Pet Stuff, since it isn't posted yet) and followed the directions to the letter. My computer is a 64 bit so I moved my whole "The Sims 4" folder (it was in Program files (x86)) to Program Files and then tried to start the game from the TS4.exe found in the "Game" folder. The play window pops up and then disappears with this error: Unable to start: initialization error at startup [135dec40:984c6a38:000000077:00000000] What am I do wrong?

I found and fixed the problem.

Most probably applied language strings. Just keep in mind that version of your language strings must match version of the game. The ones I linked work with most up to date game. So 1.46.18.1020 now.

How would I go about checking/changing the language? (Sorry I'm new to this! >_<)

If you didn't change the language, then that's not it. Run validator and post the result in new thread.
