Downloaded Pets Not Showing Up in CAS Empty Downloaded Pets Not Showing Up in CAS

Hi everyone! I noticed this problem just today: when I downloaded a household with a pet from the gallery, I add the family in CAS but only the family shows up, not their pet.

In that case you don't have Cats & Dogs installed.

Adding to what the previous poster said...assuming that you DO have Cats & Dogs installed, I believe someone hinted at this in an earlier discussion, that it could be a glitch. For which at the moment I cannot really give a solution, other than waiting for this to be fixed in a future patch. I'm sorry.
