World's won't load Empty World's won't load

Hi when I try to move my new household into San Myshuno it doesn't load all it does is get stuck on a blank screen with my household at the bottom and I've gone through all the topics and have done everything they all say and it still happens and I'm not sure how to fix it or what to do and it's really frustrating as I can't play
