[ERROR DURING INSTALL] TS1 CC

Hello you guys, 

Everytime Im try'na install TS1CC it goes up to 95% before giving me the ''Component Transfer Error'' message.
I noticed all the files install just fine but as soon as that error comes up it deletes pretty much every file necessary to play the game.
I'm currently running on W10 and tried running the installer on compatability windows 7/windows xp/windows 8
I tried them all to no succes. 

Anyone who has had this error before and managed to fix it? It'd be a real help  

PS: I have a high-end computer so it's nothing hardware related. I dont know what causes this tho ;/
