"Download to use" help

I just downloaded seasons and the new update file and I can't seem to get it to work. I have every other dlc and it's been running great. On the start up page where it shows all the expansion and stuff pack icons, seasons is a grey llama instead of the logo. When I hover over it with my mouse it says "Download to use." If I click on it, a pop up says "Connection is required: Connect or stay offline" stay offline does nothing and connect end up saying can not connect. I also just noticed that my first pet stuff, jungle adventure and laundry day stuff are also doing this. Every other pack says "owned" under it.

What do I do?

You've installed it incorrectly. Apply Laundry Day, Jungle Adventure, My First Pet, Seasons and latest update again, in this order.
