Error Not Allowing Game Play

Hello,
I am having a issue with my Sims 4 game, i downloaded all of your expansion packs and did as I am supossed to to download your sims 4, but a issue has arisen, i can get my sim to the jungle, i can go through the areas, but attempting to load into the Temple caused a error to appear:
this issue only showed up attempting to enter the temple, but after giving up and deciding the temple was a lost cause and id just live with never knowing what was inside I decided to send my party home, and then this error appeared then too, it promply shows the error and behind it u can see the "World Map" which just shows the same error when attempting to load into any other family too,
but now im stuck not being able to play bc my family is in the jungle on there last day, id like to send them home and continue playing, so can you please help me with this issue.

Also, if you like, try playing the game with fresh savefiles and try the same again. You can temporarily move out the files from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves.
Restarting the game then will force the use of fresh saves, with which you can test certain things again.

Your old Admin is dead. Maybe not in the literal sense, but he has moved on and is not involved anymore in the operations of the "new" G4TW.

Those are just other formats, use bbcode on forum...
You're missing My First Pet Stuff.
Install My First Pet Stuff, Seasons, Update 1.46. Delete "Game_" and "Game__" folder. That should be it.

As far as im aware i downloaded everyone and installed them but i will redownload those three and install and see what happens.
Please bear with me im at the hospital alot more then home so this might take a while to fully work out if this doesnt work.
