Get famous- Game closes after picking agency

I have all the expansions up to date, nothing else at the moment seems buggy, but when i pick actor and then any of the two agencies the game closes.
any help is appreciated thank you

me too, are you using any mods? 
I have updated most of mine for the new version, but it's still happening,, I'm gonna try now without them altogether and see what is happening,,
and I can't use build mode, nothing is showing,,

ALL script mods that you may have had installed before this new DLC...can be thrown into the trashcan.    Also make sure to delete the file localthumbcache.package, inside Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, before re-starting the game then.

yes, that was a script mod,, I've missed one updating,, now everything works fine!
