Master Suite Stuff Help

Ok... so I installed the Master Suite stuff completely correctly. Applying the fix correctly as well. A notice that asked me if I wanted to continue performing the action of playing the game came up twice in between loading screens. It claimed I had corrupted material or modifications. I pressed continue. The game installed and loaded fine. Until I loaded my save and the loading bar hadn't moved at all nor would tips slide show across the screen. It just didn't load. Im gonna try and apply the ultimate fix. but anyone know why this might be happening.
