at the last hurdle of the ultimate fix and im stuck ! [CLOSED]

ive got a problem


ive downloaded the update from your site instead of the sims 3 launcher and then when i clicked to start installing it came up with "the sims 3 update cannnot continue because programs accosiated with the sims 3 are currently running"

nothing was running either than that

the sims 3 launcher wont open ,so then i deleted the update download

then i tried opening the launcher but it never opened


5 days spending all time for nothing
