Extracting the sims 4 python scripts? Empty Extracting the sims 4 python scripts?

Hi!
I want to make a script mod for the Sims and I tried to follow this tutorial. But whenever I run the decompile_all.py, it returns with a badzipfile error. is there anyway other way i can get the python scripts?
