Naked sim transparent top

Hi,  I don't know if this is the right board, I wasn't sure where to open this.
So, there's something wrong with my sims  For so long everytime they got naked for shower and stuff, they always had a long sleeved top that was in the everyday clothes section. But I didn't want to look into it so I just let it go for years. Now I wanted to do something, so I deleted that file hoping now my sims would totally get naked like they are supposed to  But I was wrong. In deleting that top, what happened was just this: https://i.imgur.com/6MEqQnu.png Now where once it was the top, now there's nothing. Why? If the file was corrupted, with me deleting it I should've fixed the problem. What should I do now to get it alright? I don't know if there's something else I should delete, since, well, there's not top body  Can you help me? Thank you!

PS: I obviously have the nomosaic mod.

Does this happen when starting the game clean? For example after you move "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder to desktop.

Does this happen when you copy just the "saves" folder back?

So...this "file" that you deleted. I'll assume that it was a custom content item? 

Sometimes these CC items & mods have a way of modifying savefiles over time. Not sure why, but it seems like a lot of people experience problems with savefiles. While I can't directly offer a solution to your problem, consider making regular savefile-backups. Especially if you frequently play TS4.

There are loads of replacement tops out there, which will give you beautiful tops for male and female. ( Same applies for bottoms ) just search for sims 4 body replacement. I use better body. its beautiful.
