ZLOrigin shows a white page in My Games. Empty ZLOrigin shows a white page in My Games.

Hi, I hope you guys can help me through this.

As the attached screenshot, I've been unable to launch any games including The Sims 4 due to ZLOrigin just showing white page in My Games page. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it back, deleted Origin's cache, using the .bat file to delete the cache too, clean booted my PC but still shows me that. Weirdly, I made a new user account in my PC to launch ZLOrigin and it works as usual. What would be the cause of this and how to fix it so I can play without the need to move back and forth through my user accounts? Thanks!

In your regular PC account log in to zclient with the details of your new account.

Hello,

Not sure, it could be a "UAC" issue. On the Windows account on which ZLOrigin doesn't work, try disabling UAC, see for example the guide here:
https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/

Then try ZClient/ZLOrigin again.
