Unable to start error pop-up

I downloaded the ts4 all-in-one torrent, mounted it, and started the game. I did the instructions correctly but this popped up when I clicked ts4_x64.exe:

Probably the torrent was not fully completed.
Rightclick on the torrent in your torrent program (like f.e.utorrent) and click force recheck.
