Sims 3 installation issue Empty Sims 3 installation issue

Hello, I have downloaded the Sims 3 base game and did everything according to instructions and everything went great untill I had to  insert disk 1, and I went and did as the instructions said but it  said that setup can not find a file on specified path or a disk. Can you please help me?

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

I haven't used that base game in a long time, but which of the .iso files did you mount? The "start disk" or the "disk 1"? Are you using a program like PowerISO for mounting these disc image files?

Hy, I mounted both disks ( disk1 and Start disk) : Open with-Windows explorer option. Sorry I am not that good at this so I do as I see on youtube I'm new here. Smile  Haters gonna hate
