Black screen, with sound and cursor

Hi, 

I've downloaded this sims 4 download : https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PLIEvDhusa6sF-tvRTcfk3AM6paUH2KYfD&v=lWOiFH-ZQVw

But when I start the game I get a black screen. I can hear the sims sounds, so the game starts and I see the sims cursor but I only see a black screen. I've already tried updating windows and I've updated my drivers, and I've changed my values like simarchitect told me but that didn't work. The screen just becomes bigger. 

Also: The sims 4 used to work on my laptop, but I've gotten a bigger hard drive and they've updated my Windows to Windows 10, can this have something to do with the black screen?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

Open Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Options.ini and change values of:
resolutionwidth to 800
resolutionheight to 600
fullscreen to 0

Sadly that didn't work. My videocard is still the same, and the game used to work. I only changed my laptop to windows 10 and I've gotten a bigger hard drive. My sims 3 game is also acting up. After the loading page it freezes or stops! Does this have something to do with Windows 10?

Nope, works fine for me on Win 10. This might be something with folder ownership. Try this:

    Folder Properties / Security / Advanced
    Owner (Change) > Include all sub-folders and inheritables

On both installation folder and the one in documents.

Your own name. And when you change it there will be a checkbox to change it for subfolders too.

I get this im sorry it's in dutch but it says objects in the container can't be invertised: access denied

No idea then. Try making a copy of that folder and starting a game from that copied folder.
