Do you still need help with this?

Are you positive that your download completed 100%? Did you extract the contents of the .rar archive, into an empty folder, and try running the installation from the folder? That's the way it is supposed to work.

People also reported that if you run the installation from an external hard-drive or from a USB-flash, the error could also come up, so if possible try extracting the stuff somewhere on your C: drive.
