Upstairs areas will not load in-game

I have tried everything to fix this from reinstalling, deleting the EA folder in documents, playing without certain DLC. Nothing seems to be working

Run the validator and post the result here. If there are no missing or unknown files, run it again but this time uncheck "quick scan".

Are you playing through ZLOrigin? If not, delete those files:
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll
game/bin/zupdaterx32.dll
game/bin/zupdaterx64.dll

And run validator in normal mode. BTW, you're missing that mini Holiday Celebration pack. Did you remove it on purpose?

Also no i didn't remove it on purpose, i've always had problems installing that pack whether it be through legit means or not

Okay, so you've got cracked game, not from ZLO, and nothing's wrong with your files. As I said, delete those three:
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll
game/bin/zupdaterx32.dll
game/bin/zupdaterx64.dll

If you want to install that Holiday Celebration pack you can download just two files from my repack: _setup-1.50.67.1020.exe and dlc-fp01-holiday-celebration-pack.xbin. Run the setup, select where your game is installed and you're done. Well then start completely fresh. Go to "Documents\Electronic Arts" and move/delete/rename "The Sims 4" folder. This will start the game with no mods, no saves, default options, etc. If you still have this problem then post some screenshots.

This is with a completely new The Sims 4 folder in documents, i can get it to load but only if Sims walk upstairs and i save, quit then come back
