Get Famous- no make up artist

Get Famous- no make up artist

Whenever I try to send my sim to work as an actor there is a goal saying get into hair and make up however I can not interact with the chair as there is no make up artist on the lot. I have tried loading the game without mods however this problem still occurs. Is this happening to anyone else?
