Logic machine missing.

I've tried to look if anybody has a similar issue, but didn't stumble upon any, so I'm posting this.

My "bug", if it is a bug, is pretty specific. So, the updates actually fixed some minor issues I had that didn't bother me or interfere with the playthrough at all, but I think I'm missing a thing. Literally one thing, as far as I can tell. I don't remember what it was called, but it was a machine found under "Activities and Skills" in Knowledge, and advanced you in logic that analyzed plants, minerals and you would find collection of elements using it.

Oh, yeah, i did miss another thing, for some reason whims are missing? As in, they don't show at all? Even though I did get "Whimsical" achievement, which is how I even learned they are gone. I have no clue what to do or how to go around fixing this, does anybody have any ideas?

You have to go into game settings to turn on whims now. They are turned off by default.

Ugh, you're right, there is the option of "show whims" in Game Options under "Gameplay'. I don't believe it was a thing before. Thanks!

Then the remaining problem is missing logic machine, whatever it's called. I don't think it happened, but was it maybe *somehow* deleted by the creators on purpose in new additions and its functions moved onto other objects? Can somebody with all the dlcs up to the "StrangerVille" confirm that its still there? (Also, remind me how its actually called?)
