Unable to change the language on the Sims 4

Hi, I downloaded and installed the Sims 4 basic and the expansions (thanks btw  ). As per the instruction, I moved the folder to C:\Program Files\ instead of it being at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts. I tried using the language changer (regedit file) but unable to change the language (remained English). I tried going to the registry and changed the 'Locale' and 'GDFBinary' values as well but it still won't work. I noticed that the path of the DLL file it refers to the the 'GDFBinary' is the x86 folder. Is there something else that I need to change due to this like the path? The system is a 64-bit system and hence, the .exe file used to run the game is TS4_x64.exe.
