Dogz 5 toy issues

Whenever I try to load up Dogz now my toybox is empty and anything I try to collect is a tennis ball.  It started after I got a pop up the first time asking for a serial number, which I do not have.  Is there any way to fix this, or is there a generic serial number I can use (like for Babyz)?

Did you download the item from G4TW? If so, I'd suggest to check this out, if you haven't.

It's not the same scenario as yours, though. At the moment that is the best I can suggest. In your case, try installing the Catz 5 on your PC as well. And see how that goes.

Just out of curiosity, did you download some kind of add-on or anything else related to Dogz 5, from an unrelated source? The "PetzA" that I briefly spoke about in the guide that I just linked to, is an official add-on. But maybe other add-ons triggered that prompt as well.

Yes downloaded here, and no to add ons (aside from PetzA) I downloaded Catz to see if I could fix it, and no.  I did get a cool looking alley cat out of it though lol.

I guess I'll try a reinstall and see if that works then.
