Requirements




You can apply this thing directly after having installed "Island Living" from G4TW (refer to this guide for details), or if you got your repack from elsewhere you must have a TS4 game on patch version 1.52.100.1020, before you can apply this item. The download is 5.56GB in filesize, contains all 17 language strings, and a complete "Game"-folder as well.










"Travel warning"




For all of you digital internet travelers out there, a travel warning for the following countries is issued.




- America

- Canada

- Australia

- The United Kingdom

- New Zealand

- France

- Germany

- and probably a few others, which at present we cannot name, but may do so in the near future.




If you happen to torrent the item using your internet while being in one (or more) of these countries, you risk a termination of your internet subscription, and maybe severe fines too. If that happens, then whatever further consequences you may face are out of our hand, and it will be solely within your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements. In general, make an effort to actively inform yourselves about the situation in your own home-country regarding torrenting, as the above-listed countries are by no means an exhaustive listing; these countries are just your "usual suspects" in that regard. "Does it have to be a paid VPN service???" Yes, it does, because free ones are not going to cover your properly.

Can't download this. It asked me to turn off my adblocker, At first I wasn't willing to but then I conceded and it STILL told me to turn of my adblocker even though I didn't have any it turned on. The only thing I did have turned on was my VPN. Tried to see if I could get the link on another browser without my VPN, but with adblockers  turned on and it was going to let me download. I don't know what's going on but I won't be downloading this update, which means I probably won't be able to download the other updates. At this point I'm highly considering just paying for the game legally.

See the e-mail I sent you. I mean, I get that some people are skeptical, but what do you want me to say or do now?

While we are grateful for people supporting us in that regard, it is ultimately the choice of every individual user where they get their stuff from. You don't have to buy the game legally. There are however other repackers out there too, and ZLOrigin as well.

Thanks for the email. Could never get zorigin to work so that's not an option for me. I've always downloaded from this site without having to remove my adblocker this is the first time I've experienced this. In fact in my other browser that do have adblockers turned on it allowed me to download the links. So I went back to the browser with my VPN and tried completely removing my adblockers and it's STILL telling me to deactivate my adblocker even though I removed the extensions and there are no adblockers on. I guess I'll just have to buy the games, but thanks for your help you've been wonderful.

My problem seems to be with Firefox. I made sure that my VPN was available on all my browsers and when I tried the links with chrome I was able to download the links even with my adblockers on (ublock origin) I'm not sure what's causing this as I've always used firefox to download links before, but I have to assume it's something to do with Firefox since both my VPN and adblockers were not a problem in chrome it's only in Firefox that I'm prompted to deactivate my adblocker (even when there isn't one). Strange...but at least I'm still able to get to the links.

The game will not open, I downlowded and installed as always . Computer gives notice and closes. What am I doing wrong?

My wild guess for now is you have outdated/incompatible (script) mods.

I can't download it, I tried taking the file in my drive and to copy it but it says there's an error...please help!

Are you sure you have (at least) 5.56GB of free space left in your GoogleDrive before you make the copy? Even better, have 6GB or more space. Also, I heard that if you are using a browser with incognito/private tabs, then there can be problems too. Trying doing this from a "normal" browser tab.

Did you torrent the item, or use the direct download? If you still have the torrent running under your torrent client, look for an option that says "Force re-check", after which the file integrity will be checked, and any missing parts re-downloaded. After that procedure has finished, re-extract (with 7-zip), and re-apply the files. Then test the game again.

Yes i  used a Magnet torret and downloaded it whit u-torrent?  I sent it back for re-check, and i used 7-zip nao, not winrar. It still doesn't work

For those with issues downloading from Google, I tried everything, could't get it to download all day. Finally try in internet explorer, and its downloading. I tried in Opera, Chrome, and now IE. I even did the Google link twice, made a copy twice, and deleted the original from my drive first as well. Only working for me in IE.

Just copy the magnet link from your current uTorrent-session then, and re-download the thing with a different torrent client. I myself use qBittorrent. Another "more serious" client is Tixati for example. The point is, that nowadays uTorrent has become like total garbage. Something else should be used.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry you had to go through so much hassle.   We'll definitely be trying to figure out what could cause the issue, but at least from my own perspective, troubleshooting can be tricky if you yourself don't face the issue.

I noticed that with my Firefox, I get an endless loading circle with the extension "uMatrix". But that's about the only issue I ever faced.

hey there, its not letting me download it, is there a way to upload it somewhere else like mega or another service again?

Sooo.....this is a mess. I'm no longer able to use zlorigin due to something in my system suddenly and inexplicably blocking the downloads. Absolutely gone through everything to fix that, nothing works. I can download the game folder for the update, but apparently without zclient working to update the actual game, it just runs off the original Island Living pack [no change to start screen screams that it did not update]. My game version says I'm on 1.53, so go figure that one. I can't get Google Drive to recognize the direct download as anything but a ghost [not a folder and/or download quota exceeded]. I've been at this for hours and am just about ready to throw my hands up in the air and call it quits for good. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Try running another validator run, but this time make sure to un-mark the box that says "quick scan". This new scan will take longer, but it may give you more clarity too.

Did you make sure that you have enough free space on your GoogleDrive? We'll also try coming up with more mirrors in the next few days!

But it doesn't work like that; you can't download just the Game-folder and simply put it on your ZLOrigin, because the game needs the other update files too. Maybe your ISP is blocking ZLOrigin access (you wouldn't be the first person this happened to). If that's really the case there isn't much you can do. Maybe you can change DNS servers as mentioned under step #4 of Gh0stm4n's guide here:

Otherwise you'll have to try using a VPN, and unfortunately.

In GoogleDrive did you get to the step where you see the file "TS4_Update_1-53-115-1020.7z" with owner name "Bestia Negra" in your GoogleDrive? You then have to right-click on that file, and choose "make a copy". Note again, you'll need at least 5.56GB of free space in your GoogleDrive (= the size of this download), otherwise "make a copy" won't work.

After being successful, download the copy of the file that will be created from that step ("Copy of TS4_Update_1-53-115-1020.7z", owner name "Me").
