I always use 'The Sims Resource. If you make an account, the download will go much fast and you can search for particulair stuff.

For male clothing: Lazyeyelids and Darte77 are the best!
Skins: Thisisthem or TIT, if you want realistic looking
Mods: Twistedmexi are a most have. He usually deals with mods to fix, everything EA breaks Also Mod The Sims, have good modders.
Clothing, makeup, furniture, etc. TSR
Build items: Peacemakeric
Terrain overrides: A must have by K-Hippie
Sims 4 updates, is also a good site to find general CC
