Help downloading simsarchitects torrent? [SOLVED]

I have gone to https://thesimarchitect.com/the-sims-4-legacy-edition-1-58-63-1510-discover-university-1-58-63-1010-all-in-one-portable/
and looked at all five pages for the all in one download, but for the life of me I can't find a download/torrent button that doesn't lead me to weird advertisers. Help this 31 year old boomer out. 

I have downloaded the g4tw sims 4 options a couple of years ago and then uninstalled, so I now really want the easy version for my **** computer.

This here is or should be on page 5 of the website; let me try myself before submitting this comment.

OK, apparently Sim Architect released a new All-In-One, including the latest mini-patch 1.58.69.1010. But the download link on the old one is still there. The following is an old screenshot, but you need to scroll down a bit, and then look for the button, because Sim Architect seems to have re-arranged something.



This thing here for example is located on page 5 of Sim Architect's All-In-One post. If I click on this button I get a "Link encoder" landing, then a Linkvertise, then another brief Link encoder landing, and then there is a blank magnet link in the browser URL mask.

You can also click on where it says This Version is Outdated! Please Use the One Below Instead if you Want the Latest The Sims 4 1.58.69.1010 Discover University November 25th Patch + Legacy Edition 1.58.69.1510 All in One Portable. On that newer page, the download button is "on the usual position", on page 5.
