Do I need to have The Sims 4 - Update 1.29.69.1020 (Toddlers/Vampires/Bowling) and install it?? I have the latest update already do I need to apply this one also??

You need everything listed in the TS4 Must-Read Guide, but I can already guess from the tone of your comment that you didn't install everything in order. Before you ask me again to send you a download list through e-mail, may I suggest you try using the "new format" here?
