Mass Effect Crack

I'm pretty new to installing games, so bare with me! Before when I've downloaded games, there was always a poweriso file that I'd have to mount so I could open the file. For Mass Effect 1, there isn't one. So, how do I install it? I know how to open the file/extract it, but what do I do when it says 'Please insert disk one' when there's no power iso image?

Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When
you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and
drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is
done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now,
start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should
be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

Yes, it's a G4TH file and I do use winrar. But, the instructions for installing don't help much. They just say: Open the 'Setup.exe' and folow on screen instructions. I do that and enter the code, but then the 'insert disk one' error pops up.

Also, why wasn't there a poweriso image file included with the download? I thought that was the only way you could get it to work without the actual cd.

Not at all; we try to avoid images files as much as possible, since a lot of people don't know how to work with them and they are sometimes a hassle to use.
Mounting an image and let your PC think the game's DVD has been inserted doesn't work with most newer games any more. That's why we prefer NoCD cracks. You apply them ones and then you do not need to worry about it any more.
