I have a problem with a new patch update of the 29th February. When the updates during the launcher displays the message: Error updating: found invalid file.

Be glad. You're not supposed to use this patch yet, since there's no fix available to crack it. https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t3702-attention-the-sims-3-fans-read-please
If you're lucky, you can still play, but it's possible that your game has already been modified and you'll have to wait until the new fix is released, which will be right around the time Admin releases Showtime.
