Athletic Skill Glitch Wont go up

Ok so ive looked around all over the internet and found people with the same issue BUT no solution. So im turning here to see if anyone can help me. Ive tried reinstalling everything, deleting the cache files, running without mods/CC and still nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Than You


EDIT: Forgot to say what was wrong lol. the Athletic skill is glitched or frozen to where it wont go up at all. Cant even get past the first skill

I've had him work out at home for a 2 whole sim days (i used a cheat to test it) and it didnt budge at all, it seems that i can get it up a bit (but not as fast as it used to) if i send him to the gym. Keep in mind i havent been able to get the first skill point
