Hello,
G4TW has a few other possibilities for you, if you look at the 2009 store updates, you'll see there are monthly sets. You could also download the torrent that has every store update up until June 2011 here, these are packages, not sims3packs. Which, in essence, doesn't mean much only in the way they are installed and the way they show up in buymode (as custom content rather than store content). Getting the rest is easy enough after that since the newer store updates also have complete sets that require you to download only one sims3pack for each month.

I could let you use mine since any credit card information i have there is from a canceled account anyways and wont serve much for anyone Laughing but the account is activated though
